I am Barby Ingle, a chronic pain educator, patient advocate, and Immediate-past president of the International Pain Foundation. My journey with chronic pain, a result of various health conditions and injuries, has been a personal battle that I use to empathize with and help others in similar situations. My work in raising awareness about chronic pain conditions and advocating for improved pain management strategies is deeply rooted in my own experiences. I am a prominent figure in the chronic pain community, working tirelessly to empower patients to take control of their pain management and overall well-being.

Community Leadership and Representation

As a precinct committeeman, state delegate, and community leader, I am not just a representative; I am a listener and a do’er. I value community engagement and listening to my constituents’ concerns. Your voice matters to me. My background as an educator, collegiate coach, author, and speaker at health conferences is not just a list of credentials; it’s a testament to my commitment to education and empowerment. I promise to represent my constituents’ interests effectively in the legislative process because an informed and empowered community is a strong community.

Priorities and Policy Goals

Strong Border Security Measures

I want to work on strong border security measures that are essential to protect national security, prevent crime, and stop the flow of undocumented immigrants.

Market-Based Solutions for Healthcare Access

I support market-based solutions to improve healthcare access, such as promoting competition among healthcare providers and insurers, reducing regulations on providers, and expanding consumer choice.

Energy Independence and Water Resources

Energy independence and water resources are my policy goals and personal commitments. I will prioritize energy independence and water resources by supporting our Arizona Corporation Commission, domestic energy production, and policies that promote energy exploration, reduce reliance on foreign sources, and reduce regulations when possible to help create jobs in the energy sector. A strong and secure energy sector is not just good for our economy; it’s essential for our national security.

Election Integrity

Election integrity is also important to me. I will advocate for measures to ensure fair and secure elections, including supporting voter ID laws, maintaining accurate voter registration rolls, preventing voter fraud, and promoting transparency in the electoral process.

Conclusion

I am committed to serving my constituents to the best of my abilities, advocating for their interests, and working towards a better future for all. My experiences in chronic pain advocacy, community leadership, education, and healthcare access have prepared me to represent my district effectively. I believe in the power of collaboration and will work with stakeholders to find solutions that benefit our community, district, state, and country. Together, we can build a brighter future.
