Clinical Trial: Potential treatment of Parkinson’s Disease

by BarbyIngle

Potential treatment to slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease is being investigated in the U.S. for people over 50 diagnosed with PD within the last 3 years.

This investigational treatment is being tested to see if it can slow the loss of brain cells that causes Parkinson’s Disease. The loss of these brain cells eventually makes the disease unresponsive to symptomatic treatments.

Participation in PROSEEK is free of charge, as are all procedures. Reimbursement for participation-related incidental costs is available (e.g., parking, taxi fare, etc.).

Enrollment for this study ends on March 31, 2023.
