A New Year A New Me

by BarbyIngle

Every year is a new challenge. This past year is done but it was my hardest year since 2009. 2021 is going to be a great year for me. I am just putting that out in the universe. Positivity has always been a strength of mine. My other strength, I believe to be my biggest is organizing. Last year, did not go so well for organizing or health. I did not do too bad, looking back and knowing all that I went through, but am excited that 2021 will be a better year, no matter what happens.

“Do your best, that’s all I ask.” – Jim Ingle, Sr.

One of the few rules my dad had for us as his kids was to do our best in everything we attempted to do. If it was not worth doing your best, then why bother doing it at all?  It is like showing up on time. If it is not worth your best effort, do not bother.

“The enjoyment comes from the effort and the success that comes with the accomplishment.” – Jim Ingle, Sr.

My goal for 2021 is to continue to make the most effort, continue to concentrate on my health and do my best. My father taught us many life lessons, based on 5 generations of our family history that he knew of through his time here on earth. He taught us the importance of sticking together, supporting one another and family pride. We wrote a little book for our future family members called the wisdom of Ingle. It is very light hearted and full of great life lessons. In 2021, I plan to work on the follow up book and hope to have it published in early 2022 or sooner.

I wish each of you a Happy New Year and look forward to hearing from you. Drop me a comment about what you have planned for 2021 and I may spotlight it here on my blog.

Hope is True, Blessings to each of you! Barby
