I recently finished a 12-month series on Pain Management Options for Pain News Network. I am a regular columnist for PNN for the past few years and decided that I wanted to do this series because I hear patients say I have tried everything. In the series, I featured 48 treatment options and encourage you to check out the series if you haven’t had a chance to look at them all as they were released. Please let me know if you have tried any of the options and how well/not well they did for you. As each of us are different it can be a big range of what helps us and these are intended as ideas to give a try, but only if they are right for you. This series was written by me for pain patients to evoke ideas and options for treatment that may be useful. It is not intended to take the place of your pain management provider. Always talk to your providers about all treatments you wish to have and if they are right for you! Did any of these therapies work for you? Did others? Please share in the comments so that we can all learn and grow from each other.
