Barby Ingle, a dedicated advocate and community leader, is running for the position of At-Large Board Member for the AZ GOP. With a profound commitment to public service and advocacy, Barby brings a unique blend of experience and passion.
Barby has a rich background in health advocacy, having served as Chairman/President of the International Pain Foundation for 12 years and editor of iPain Living Magazine for 9 years, currently serving as the Vice President of the International Pain Foundation. Her work in these roles has honed her leadership, policy advocacy, and community engagement skills, making her an ideal candidate for this position. She has been instrumental in working on healthcare legislation, having been involved with over 35 state, federal, and Department of Defense initiatives, leading seven legislative bills in Arizona, two of which are now law.

She has served as a citizen advocate, precinct committeeman, state delegate, and certified poll worker and observer. Ken Taylor – Candidate for AZ GOP At-Large Board Member
Ken Taylor has lived in Arizona for more than 25 years and is now stepping forward as a candidate for the Arizona GOP At-Large Board Member position for CD-5. With a deep-rooted commitment to conservative values and community involvement, Ken has the experience and drive to serve the GOP effectively.
Ken has a background in public service and grassroots political activism. He has served as a precinct committeeman for District 7 in Pinal County, where he has been actively involved in voter outreach, education, and mobilization. His dedication to election integrity was evident when he played a key role in advocating for proper ballot procedures, ensuring that every legitimate vote was counted. He serves as a campaign manager for Barby Ingle, LD7. He has actively participated in legislation on the State and Federal levels since 2010.
Ken’s professional background includes 20+ years as a business owner and nonprofit leader, during which time he developed a keen understanding of local economic issues and the importance of supporting small businesses—a core GOP principle. His career has given him a unique perspective on the need for policies that encourage economic growth while preserving the quality of life in Arizona.
